TSS and Anglicare Southern Queensland met last week in the Bos Family River Room for a lovely morning of Paint’n’Sip and socialising thanks to the Generations Connect program.
32 TSS boys and 27 elderly guests enjoyed a delightful morning tea and painting session.
The program focuses on community engagement, cultural exchange and offering emotional support to the elderly residents in our community.
Along size Anglicare Southern Queensland, we look forward to continuing to establish and foster the Generations Connect program and enhancing social interactions with our youth and older generations. We have two future events scheduled in the coming months with students and the elderly connecting and enjoying great company and social interaction.
