Upper Brass Tutor
TSS has a thriving music department in both the Preparatory and Senior schools which encompasses an introductory string and band programme for all Year Two and Year Four students.
We are seeking an experienced Upper Brass Tutor who has excellent pedagogy, the ability to forge strong, positive relationships with boys of all ages and to be part of an energized and committed team of music educators. The successful applicant will be required to teach one-to-one and group lessons and ideally have experience in taking ensembles.
This contract position currently encompasses up to 13 hours of teaching inclusive of the Introductory Year 4 Band Program with the successful applicant required to be available on a Wednesday. The role has room for further expansion depending on any future enrolments.
